TERMS OF USE

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Terms establish the rules and conditions for using the Telegram bot and/or web service provided by LLC Financial Alliance (hereinafter — the “Broker”).
1.2. By using the service, the User agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Offer, and other internal documents of the Broker.
1.3. The User must be over 18 years old, use the service personally, and solely on their own behalf.
1.4. The Broker is not an issuer of investment products and does not provide investment advice. All activity is carried out under an information-brokerage model.
1.5. The Broker does not provide asset insurance. The User acknowledges that there are no guarantees of fund preservation or compensation from the state or any insurance institution.
2. RULES OF USE
2.1. Access to the service is provided through the Telegram bot, web interface, or API.
2.2. The service must not be used for illegal or prohibited activities.
2.3. The Broker reserves the right to limit or terminate access in cases of violations or suspicious activity.
3. LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS
3.1. The Broker is not responsible for the User’s financial decisions.
3.2. All transactions are executed at the initiative of the Client and with their own funds.
3.3. The Broker does not guarantee investment returns and does not reimburse losses resulting from market conditions, actions of third parties, failures of payment systems, technical issues, or delays and errors caused by external services (banks, blockchains, payment gateways, etc.).

4. KYC / AML / KYT
4.1. The User must complete an identification procedure.
4.2. Verification is carried out in accordance with local and international standards.
4.3. The Broker may suspend transactions until checks are completed.

5. PRIVACY AND DATA
5.1. The Broker collects and processes data including: name, contact information, IP address, and transaction details.
5.2. Data is stored on servers within the jurisdiction of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5.3. The User has the right to request deletion of data after 5 years from the termination of the relationship.

6. LEGAL STATUS AND APPLICABLE LAW
6.1. All actions taken via the interface are deemed equivalent to signed documents.
6.2. Applicable law: legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6.3. All disputes are subject to resolution in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6.4. The User is responsible for compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
7. FINANCIAL TERMS
7.1. Deposits and withdrawals may only be made from/to the User’s personal accounts.
7.2. Commissions and fees may be charged as specified in the interface.
7.3. Third-party services (banks, payment gateways, etc.) may apply additional fees for transfers, conversions, or crediting. Such costs are borne by the User.
7.4. The Broker may suspend transactions if additional verification of the source of funds is required.
8. OFFERS
8.1. All User actions (entering account details, confirming transactions, submitting requests) are deemed acceptance of offers.
8.2. Terms governing the use of a brokerage account are specified in the relevant agreement published on the platform.
9. BLOCKS AND ACCESS
9.1. The Broker has the right to block access in cases of:

violation of these Terms;
refusal to provide required documents;
detection of abnormal or suspicious activity.
9.2. User notification is not mandatory when initiating an internal investigation.

10. FEEDBACK
10.1. Contact information is available on the Broker’s website and in the Telegram bot interface.
10.2. Responses to inquiries are provided within 3 business days.
10.3. Complaints are handled in accordance with the internal regulations.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
11.1. The Broker reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice.
11.2. Updates are published on the official website https://www.fa.kg/en.
11.3. The new version takes effect upon publication, unless otherwise stated.
