1.2. By using the platform, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

  • Citizenship
  • Date of birth

  • Phone number

2.4. Technical data
  • IP address
  • Device and browser type
  • Cookies and session logs

  • Photo/video selfie

3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
The Company processes personal data for the following purposes:
  • Identity verification and compliance with KYC/AML requirements
  • Provision of brokerage and financial services
  • Communication with the Client
  • Internal reporting and regulatory compliance
  • Prevention of fraud and financial crime
4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
4.1. Data is stored on secure servers and/or encrypted cloud storage.
4.2. The Company implements reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
4.3. Retention period: at least 5 years after the termination of the relationship, unless a longer period is required by law.
5. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
5.1. Data may be shared with:
  • KYC/AML verification providers
  • Banks and payment systems for transaction processing
  • Government authorities upon lawful request
5.2. All third parties receiving data are required to maintain an equivalent level of security and confidentiality.
6. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS
6.1. Due to the global nature of our business, your personal data may be transferred and processed outside the country of your residence, including jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection.
6.2. In such cases, the Company ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place (such as contractual clauses, encryption, or recognized compliance frameworks).
7. CLIENT RIGHTS
The Client has the right to:
  • Request access to their personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Withdraw consent (which may result in termination of services)
  • Request deletion of personal data, subject to legal and regulatory requirements
  • File a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
7.1. Additional rights under GDPR (for EU/EEA clients):
  • The right to data portability
  • The right to restrict processing
  • The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • The right not to be subject to automated decision-making or profiling
