2.3. Financial information- Bank account details and requisites
- Bank statements
- Transaction history on the platform

- Cookies and session logs
2.5. Verification data- Photo/video selfie
- Uploaded documents
- Proof of address (utility bills, etc.)
3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSINGThe Company processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Identity verification and compliance with KYC/AML requirements
- Provision of brokerage and financial services
- Communication with the Client
- Internal reporting and regulatory compliance
- Prevention of fraud and financial crime
4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY4.1. Data is stored on secure servers and/or encrypted cloud storage.
4.2. The Company implements reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
4.3. Retention period: at least 5 years after the termination of the relationship, unless a longer period is required by law.

- KYC/AML verification providers

7. CLIENT RIGHTSThe Client has the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Withdraw consent (which may result in termination of services)
- Request deletion of personal data, subject to legal and regulatory requirements
- File a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
