Deposit and Withdrawal Instructions & Key Conditions
To ensure the security of assets, compliance with regulatory requirements, and uninterrupted account operations, please carefully review our deposit and withdrawal policy.
1. Depositing Funds
Deposits are accepted only from bank accounts or cryptocurrency addresses owned by the Client.
Transfers from third parties are not accepted and will be returned at the sender’s expense.
By funding the account, the Client confirms ownership of the funds and their legal origin.
If deposited in another currency, funds may be automatically converted by providers at their internal exchange rate.
Processing times depend on the sending bank, payment systems, and the currency used.
2. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are made only to the bank accounts or crypto addresses registered during client onboarding.
The Broker does not make payments to third parties or to unregistered details.
The Client is fully responsible for the accuracy of the bank details or crypto addresses provided.
The Broker assumes no liability for loss of funds due to client error.
3. Fees and Charges
The Broker does not charge its own fees for deposits and withdrawals, but reserves the right to apply tariffs depending on market conditions, funding channels, and settlement providers.
All third-party fees (banks, blockchain networks, payment systems, correspondent banks) are borne by the Client.
Requests for bank investigations, refunds, transaction tracing, source of funds reviews, or other additional services are subject to separate charges payable by the Client.
4. Source of Funds and Compliance
The Client guarantees the lawful origin of all funds used for deposits and withdrawals.
If a transaction or crypto address is classified as high-risk or raises concerns with the Compliance Department or regulators, the Broker may suspend the transaction, freeze funds, and initiate an internal investigation, including reporting to competent authorities.
The Client agrees to cooperate and provide all necessary documentation confirming the source of funds (bank statements, declarations, contracts, etc.).
5. Accuracy of Payment Details
Bank and crypto provider details may change. Before each transaction, the Client must verify the latest payment information exclusively through the platform interface or with their personal manager.
The Broker is not responsible for transfers made using outdated details.
