This document explains what data we receive through fa.kg, why we need it, who it is shared with and how to withdraw your consent.

The site uses no analytics counters, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Only your chosen interface language is stored in the browser — that data never leaves your device.
Please do not send passport, payment or other sensitive details through the form — secure verification channels are available in the Namba One app.
The single purpose is to handle your request: to contact you, answer your question and suggest a suitable service. Technical data is used to protect the form from spam and abuse.
We do not use this data for marketing mailings and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form. Consent is voluntary: you can always reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp instead.
Access is limited to company employees who handle client requests.
Technically, a notification about a new request is delivered to a private internal channel in the Telegram messenger, and the website is hosted by a hosting provider. This means cross-border data transfer: the servers of these services are located outside the Kyrgyz Republic. Data is not shared with anyone else, except where directly required by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic (requests from authorised state bodies).
Request data is kept no longer than needed to handle the enquiry and is deleted one year after the last contact — or earlier if you withdraw your consent.
